I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist. With over two decades of strength training experience, I help my clients get strong and stay strong by creating customized workout programs that are rooted in science and tailored to your unique goals.

Our workouts focus primarily on strength training tailored to a variety of goals including building strength, endurance, and mobility, improving sports performance, correcting muscular imbalances, injury prevention, and optimizing body mechanics.
